The fare is based on distance and tapers down: the longer the trip, the lower the price per kilometre. It's calculated instantly when you book and stays fixed no matter what — traffic jams, detours or waiting make no difference.
Can I book for today?+
Online bookings are made at least 24 hours before departure: that's how we guarantee a driver and vehicle perfectly suited to your trip. For anything more urgent, our team is reachable 24/7 on +33 1 30 33 10 56.
Are there night or weekend surcharges?+
No, none. The fare is the same 24/7, including public holidays. The price shown when you book is the final price.
Travelling with children?+
Yes, and it's included: car seats and boosters are provided free. Just tell us the children's ages when you book.
What if my flight or train is delayed?+
Your flight or train number lets us track your arrival in real time. Your driver automatically adjusts their timing: they'll be there when you come out, at no extra charge.
Can I travel with a pet or bulky luggage?+
Yes. Pets travel in a carrier (€15 incl. VAT surcharge). Standard luggage is included: up to 4 items in a Sedan/SUV and 10 in a Minivan; a surcharge applies for oversized luggage. Let us know your needs when booking.
How do I pay? Is it secure?+
